Hi, I’m Joel. I’m a Metabolic Food Chef and Baker with over a decade of experience in crafting wholesome, sustainable, and innovative culinary experiences. My work is rooted in a simple yet profound belief: Food is the most powerful medicine we have

 

Food is, after all, just chemistry or chemicals—the raw materials our body processes daily, shaping our energy, resilience, and well-being.

​​My own journey with food mirrors this wholesome change. I was once a city person, surrounded by the fast pace of urban life—quick meals, constant hustle, and the disconnect between food and well-being. But something within me longed for more: a deeper connection to nature, to nourishment, and to a way of living that felt truly alive.

So, I left. I traded concrete for forests, pollution for fresh air, supermarkets for local farms. I immersed myself in the rhythm of nature, understanding ingredients from the ground up—how food is grown, how it heals, and how it can be used to reverse the damage caused by modern lifestyles. This shift not only changed how I eat but also how I live, and it solidified my mission: to teach, to share the joys of wholesome life, and to show others how they can achieve the same—right from their own homes. ​​​​​​​

 

I hold a Diploma in Science and Management for Holistic and Sustainable Living and have pioneered ventures like Crumbs to Gourmet Catering Co, Gokarna Local and Joel’s Bakery. Each step in my journey has deepened my understanding of ingredients, their impact on the body, and the delicate balance between tradition, nutrition, and sustainability.

 

At Joel’s Bakery, I specialize in gluten-free, nutrient-dense baked goods made with biodynamically grown flours—rich in whole grain goodness, minimal gluten, and exceptional freshness. Every recipe is crafted with a purpose: to support metabolism, hormonal balance, and overall well-being while being undeniably delicious.

 

Beyond baking, I help individuals transform their relationship with food. As a Lifestyle Coach, I blend nutritious food wisdom with modern nutritional science, empowering people to make mindful choices that support longevity, performance, and vitality. Through online classes, workshops, and personalized coaching, I guide others toward sustainable eating habits that heal the body and elevate daily living.

 

​​​​Whether I’m teaching the art of gluten-free baking, designing plant-based recipes, or consulting on metabolic health, my mission is clear: to create food that heals, nourishes, and connects us all.
